1. The service

Vendla provides a WhatsApp commerce platform: a shared inbox, AI assistant, catalogue and order tools, campaigns, and analytics, built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform via Tech Provider access.

2. Message billing

Vendla's fee is the platform subscription. WhatsApp message costs are billed at Meta's rate plus a small pass-through buffer — never marked up as a margin line.

3. Your responsibilities

You remain the responsible party for your customers' personal information; Vendla acts as an operator on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalogue, order fulfilment, and honouring customer consent choices.

4. Founding-store pricing

Founding-store pricing is locked for the life of a continuous, active subscription, limited to the first 20 qualifying South African businesses.

5. Termination

Either party may cancel a subscription per the plan terms shown at signup. Your data export rights survive termination per our Privacy Policy.
